1. Digital Products and No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products being digital and instantly accessible upon purchase, we have a strict no-refund policy. Once you have purchased and received access to a PDF prompt, the sale is considered final. This is because digital products cannot be returned, and we cannot verify if the product has been used or copied after the sale is complete.

2. All Sales Are Final

By completing your purchase on www.promvia.in, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the product.

  • Purchasing the wrong product.

  • Change of mind.

  • Failure to download the product within a certain time frame.

  • Incompatibility with your software or device (please check product descriptions for compatibility details before purchasing).

3. Damaged or Corrupted Files

In the rare event that the PDF file you receive is damaged or corrupted, please contact us immediately at contact@promvia.in. We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, will provide you with a new, working copy of the same product. This is the only exception to our no-refund policy.
